Looking to get your hands dirty for a good cause…join us for Trail Work Wednesdays!
With all of the flooding that has occurred along the Palmetto Trail, we are in need of volunteers to help us get the trail back on its feet again!
Trail Work Wednesdays will be held every Wednesday, with a specific passage designated for cleanup for each month. For the month of February, we will be working along the Wateree Passage of the Palmetto Trail. Every Wednesday during this month, PCF staff and volunteers will be out clearing, building, hauling, raking, lopping, and doing whatever is necessary to get the Wateree Passage back to its best!
We are adding the Swamp Fox Passage to our Trail Work Wednesdays for the month of February. These additional days will be on the 17th & 24th, so please be sure you are signing up for the correct location (Wateree or Swamp Fox) on these dates!
We want YOU to help us make a difference to South Carolina’s Palmetto Trail!
*Trail Work Wednesdays will run from 9am – 12pm (with the option to stay after lunch until 3pm) every Wednesday.
*Snacks and water will be provided. Volunteers will need to provide their own lunch.
